Pathology is more than just studying diseases, and is the bridge between Pre- clinical and Clinical subjects. Department Of pathology deals with all aspects Of Patients – Diagnostic, genetic, therapeutic and disease prevention. It is one of the big departments in the Medical College with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment’s, led by team of highly qualified faculty. It has a well-equipped Central Laboratory, Service Laboratories like Hematology, Cytology, Clinical Pathology and Histopathology. The department also runs the Blood Bank with components separation and Aphaeresis.
